Agencies get answers from your own instructions, and decisions stay with your team.

We set up the assistant for agency support, production tracking, claims and underwriting, using your instructions and systems.

What's the Key Loss limit on Extended Casco?

The Key Loss limit is 25,000 TL, which pays for replacing the key and lock system.

My customer's key was stolen. Will the claim be accepted?

The claims team makes that decision. I can list the documents and steps for filing the claim.

From agency questions to underwriting files: what the assistant prepares.

We build these scenarios with your instructions, reports and systems; the details in the examples are fictional.

Agency channel communication

An agency asks

Can I add earthquake to this commercial risk? What does the new instruction say?

Under the instruction you can, and the sum is within your authority. Above the limit, the request goes to underwriting. Source: October instruction, clause 3.

Your team interprets instructions and approves exceptions.

Production tracking

A regional manager asks

Which agencies are behind target? Is any loss ratio getting worse?

12 agencies are behind target, and three also have worsening loss ratios. I prepared a visit list and call notes.

Commission, target and authority decisions stay with you.

Reviewing the broker channel

The broker channel manager asks

Which brokers sent requests this quarter, in which lines, and how many became policies?

Seven brokers sent 41 marine requests, and 12 became policies. Most lost-business notes mention the deductible terms. I prepared a summary by line.

Pricing and relationship decisions stay with your team.

When a claim comes in

The claims call team asks

A claim came in through the central claims notification center, and the call is first thing tomorrow. What do I need to cover?

The call card is ready: documents to request, adjuster status and required topics. I can also write the call summary afterwards.

Your representative makes the call; your claims team decides.

Summarizing claim files

A claims handler asks

Do the accident report, adjuster's report and repair invoice match? Why has this file been open for 40 days?

Two parts on the invoice aren't in the adjuster's report. The file is open because a document is still due from the claimant. I drafted a letter to the claimant.

Payment, denial and recourse decisions stay with your claims handler.

Preparing underwriting

An underwriter asks

A shopping mall fire request came through the bank channel. Does it meet the guidelines, and what's missing?

The risk report is missing and the sum is above the authority limit. I marked two points that conflict with the guidelines.

Acceptance, pricing and reinsurance stay with your underwriter.

Sources, records and limits stay under your control.

Sources

The assistant answers from the policy wording, your instructions and your product documents, and it cites the clause it used.

Limits

We write down together during setup what the assistant will not do. When it doesn't know, it doesn't guess.

The assistant's limits
SituationWhat the assistant does
Someone asks for a claims decisionMakes no decision and quotes no amount. It directs the question to your claims team.
The answer isn't in the documentSays it doesn't know instead of guessing.
A request exceeds the agency's authorityGives no exception approval. It directs the request to underwriting.

You choose where the assistant runs.

It runs on your own infrastructure or on the InsurAI cloud in Turkey.

Your IT, legal and channel teams will ask these first.

Will the assistant compete with our agency channel?

In these scenarios, the assistant supports your agencies and your own teams. It doesn't call customers in an agency's portfolio or send them quotes. During setup, we define with your channel team which agency can see what.

Can the assistant also talk to customers?

It can. On your website it answers policy questions and guides people through a claim, and on WhatsApp it transfers the conversation to a representative when needed. You decide which topics to open, with your agency channel in mind.

Explore InsurChat B2C

Does the assistant make claims decisions?

No. Fault, amount, payment and denial decisions stay with your claims team. The assistant summarizes the file, flags missing documents and prepares call cards; it doesn't run the claims process for you.

Does the assistant make underwriting decisions?

No. It compares the request file with your guidelines and flags missing documents and conflicts. Acceptance, pricing and reinsurance decisions stay with your authorized underwriter.

Can an agency see another agency's data?

It shouldn't, so we tie access to each agency's authority record. Each agency sees only the information open to it and its own authority. Requests above that authority go to your underwriting team.

Where is our data processed?

Your data is processed in Turkey and doesn't leave the country. The assistant runs on your own infrastructure (on-premise) or on the InsurAI cloud in Turkey. We settle personal data rules with your legal team during setup.

Which model runs behind it?

Our products run on our own language model, built for insurance: Insurance LLM. The model will also be offered separately from January 2027 and will be able to run on your own infrastructure, on GPU servers such as H100 and H200. We plan the number of servers together, based on your conversation volume.

How will we measure the benefit?

Before we start, we choose together what to measure, such as response time to agency questions or file preparation time. We don't promise percentages up front; you see the results in your own data.

If you also open it to customers, the flow looks like this.

People, companies and amounts are fictional.

claim notice

Sorry to hear that. To point you the right way, could you first write which insurer your policy is with?

insurer a i think im not sure

For Insurer A, you can report a claim through 0850 *** ** ** and insurer-a.example/claims. Steps to follow:
  1. If you agree with the other driver, you don't need the police. If not, call 155 or 156.
  2. Keep any photos you took.
  3. Report within 5 working days. You can also call the Joint Claims Notification Center on 193. Note your file number.

got hit from behind nobody hurt both cars drive fine

In that case you can complete the report with the Sigortam360 Mobile Accident Report, on e-Devlet or on a paper form. I can also prepare a short text to use when reporting.

ok prepare it

A short text you can use: "My car was hit from behind while driving. No one was hurt and both cars can move. I'm attaching the report and photos. I request that a file be opened and an adjuster assigned."

policy.pdfrear-bumper.jpg

I read the policy. According to this document, your insurer is Insurer B, not Insurer A, so you need to report to Insurer B: 0850 *** ** **. The photo shows damage around the rear bumper; internal or mechanical damage can't be judged from it.

will my claim be accepted. will i pay anything

The claims team makes that decision. It depends on the fault rate, the adjuster's report and the policy terms, so I can't say "it's paid" or "it isn't" from here.

i can't deal with this, you report it

I can't open the report from here. You can open it through the insurer's line or by calling 193. I can transfer you to our representative if you like. Is there a time window you'd prefer for a call?

afternoon

I've transferred you to our representative and added the call note. Our representative will take this conversation from here.

What's happening in the background?

  1. ModelIt understood this as a claims question. No ID is needed; the guide needs the insurer's name.
  2. Insurer's systemThe name was searched in the 27-insurer claims guide.
  3. Insurer's systemThe phone and link from the guide were passed on unchanged.
  4. ModelIt concluded: two vehicles, property damage only, both can move.

  6. ModelIt wrote the text from the customer's account. The customer sends it.
  7. ModelIt read the document and the image in 15 to 20 seconds.
  8. ModelIt compared the insurer the customer named with the document.
  9. ModelIt described what's visible without commenting on amount or fault.
  10. Insurer's systemInsurer B's line came from the guide.
  11. ModelIt recognized a question that needs a decision.
  12. ModelIt made no decision and said what it depends on.
  13. ModelIt said what it can't do and asked for consent and a time.
  14. Insurer's systemThe reason, summary and phone went to the agency's system, and automatic replies stopped.
  15. TeamThe representative calls the customer and helps with the report.
  16. TeamThe insurer's claims team decides fault, cover and payment.

The assistant's limits in this flow: It doesn't open claim files, make up file numbers, decide fault, cover or compensation, or give legal opinions.
