Let the assistant set out the difference between quotes, clause by clause.
See every quote for the same risk on one screen. The assistant pulls the coverage differences from the documents; your licensed staff make the recommendation, and the client decides.
| Cover | B Economy | A Comprehensive | C Premium |
|---|---|---|---|
| Premium | TRY 14,218.46 | TRY 16,742.90 | TRY 19,385.12 |
| Glass Damage | 20% deductible outside contracted services | No deductible at contracted services | No deductible at contracted services |
| Third-party liability | 1,000,000 TL | 5,000,000 TL | 10,000,000 TL |
| Courtesy car | Twice a year, 7 days | Twice a year, 7 days | Twice a year, 15 days |
| Source | Quote, p. 4 | Quote, p. 6 | Quote, p. 3 |
Your licensed staff ask:
What's the difference on glass damage?
B Economy is 2,524.44 TL cheaper but applies a 20% deductible outside contracted glass services. A Comprehensive has none at contracted services.

What are the third-party liability limits?
Voluntary liability is 1,000,000 TL on B Economy, 5,000,000 TL on A Comprehensive and 10,000,000 TL on C Premium, all combined.
Source: the liability line in all three quotes
What segment is the replacement car?
All three give it twice a year. The term is 7 days on A and B, 15 days on C. These quotes don't state a segment, so I can't confirm it.

90% efficiency in quote operations: a casco quote costs TRY 110 with labour and TRY 10 with InsurAI.
From risk files to renewals, the assistant does the groundwork.
We build these scenarios with your policy archive, quote documents and authority records; the details in the examples are fictional.
Preparing risk files
An account manager asks
We're taking this factory's fire program to market. What's missing from the file?
The current risk report and three years of claims history are missing. I drafted the submission from the documents we have.
Your licensed staff assess the risk and send the file.
Comparing quotes
Licensed staff ask
Four insurers quoted. Where do the deductibles and limits differ?
Maximum indemnity period for loss of profit is 6 months at Insurer A and 12 at Insurer C. Earthquake deductible is 2% at A and 5% at C, both with 20% coinsurance. I put the differences in a table with page numbers.
Your licensed staff make the recommendation; the client decides.
Checking policies
The operations team asks
Does the policy we received match the quote the client approved?
Two differences: the risk address is incomplete and a glass deductible was added. I marked the lines.
Your team handles the correction with the insurer.
Renewal season
An account manager asks
Prepare premium and claims summaries for corporate clients renewing this quarter.
Summaries for nine clients are ready, with changes since last year and questions to ask.
The client makes the renewal decision.
Tracking corporate claims
A claims manager asks
Where is the client's marine file, which document is missing, and what does the policy say?
The file is at the adjuster's report stage, and the CMR appears to be missing. The policy is on Institute Cargo Clauses (A). I prepared a status note and a draft letter to the insurer.
Your team runs the discussion; the insurer makes the claims decision.
Corporate client questions
The account team asks
The client's HR lead asks: does the group health policy cover childbirth, what's the waiting period and which hospitals apply?
The plan includes Pregnancy and Childbirth Cover, with a 12-month waiting period under 4.2. Hospitals depend on the chosen Contracted Provider Network. I searched only this client's policy and drafted a reply.
Individual coverage interpretation and pre-authorization stay with the insurer.
What you'll want to know before you decide.
Will the assistant tell us which insurer to choose?
No. It sets quotes side by side on the same criteria, shows the differences with the source page and leaves commission out of the comparison. Your licensed staff make the recommendation, and the client decides.
What if the assistant gets a coverage detail wrong?
The assistant states what the quote and the document say, and it doesn't guess at limits they don't show. It says plainly when it doesn't know, and your team has the final word with the client.
Does the assistant issue the policy?
No, the insurer issues the policy. The assistant checks the policy you receive against the quote the client approved and lists differences in risk, cover and terms. Your team handles the correction with the insurer.
What does it do on corporate claim files?
It prepares a status note, a list of missing documents and a draft letter to the insurer from the policy, correspondence and adjuster's report. It doesn't promise payment, and the insurer makes the claims decision. Negotiation and dispute strategy stay with your team.
What happens to employee data on group health?
Health data is a special category of personal data, so we limit this scenario to policy and terms questions. The assistant searches only that client's documents, and individual claim files stay outside the scenario. Your data is processed in Turkey and doesn't leave the country.
Which insurers does it work with?
It works on InsurUp and RegorTech infrastructure or with insurers' own web services. Which insurers you can reach depends on your authorizations. On corporate risks, it can also be set up to read the quote documents you receive.
We don't want another interface. Can it connect to our own screens?
Alongside the website and WhatsApp, there's an API channel. If you have your own screens, we connect the assistant through the API.

Which policy is your question about?
OK, I've selected your Casco policy. Which detail would you like: cover, limits, exclusions, assistance services or dates?
is there a service if my car breaks down
Yes, towing is covered for breakdowns: twice a year, up to 15,000 TL per event. Anything above is yours. No replacement car is provided for breakdowns.

If you like, I can also explain which accident and repair conditions give you a replacement car.
ok. is there a deductible too
If repairs take over 24 hours, a replacement car is provided twice a year, for up to 15 days per event, but not for glass-only claims. No deductible shows for contracted services; at an authorized service without an agreement, you bear 25% of the claim; if the repair province has no contracted service, this doesn't apply.
