This policy applies only to the insurai.net website. An InsurChat assistant running on the channels of an insurer, agency or other organization isn't covered by it. That organization's own privacy notice describes the processing on its channel.
3. What data we process

Each form also records the page it was sent from, the language, the date and time, and your browser information. Your IP address may also appear in the server logs of the service hosting the site.
Our forms don't ask for special categories of personal data. Please don't include this kind of information in the message field.
The site uses only one cookie, which remembers your language preference. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

5. Who we share data with
- Our service providers: the infrastructure providers we use to host the website and store form records.
- Competent public authorities: where legally required.
We share data only as needed for the purposes above.
6. How long we keep data
- Report, brand scorecard and demo requests: up to 2 years from the request date.
- Marketing consent records: for as long as the consent is valid, and for 3 years after you withdraw it, as the law requires.
- Server logs: for the hosting service's retention period.
When the period ends, we delete or anonymize the data.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it's transferred
- Ask for it to be corrected if it's incomplete or inaccurate
- Ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7 of the Law
- Ask for third parties who received it to be notified of any correction, deletion or destruction
- Object to a result against you that arises from analysis by automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because it was processed unlawfully
8. How to make a request
You can send your request in writing to the address above, with information that verifies your identity, or email it to info@insurai.net from the address you used on the form.
We resolve requests within 30 days at the latest. If the process involves a separate cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply. If you aren't satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Board.
You can withdraw your marketing email consent at any time by writing to the same address.
9. If this policy changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
