What we believe
An answer should rest on a document.
The assistant bases its answer on the policy, the quote or the product document. If the document doesn't say, it says it doesn't know.
Decisions belong with authorized people.
The assistant doesn't make claims decisions. It guides the customer and transfers them to a representative when needed.
An assistant has to be connected to real systems.
Quotes and policies only become real work once the assistant is connected to the insurer's system, so we treat integration as part of the job.
